Küresel ölçekte iş birliği fırsatlarını değerlendirmek ve sektörümüzdeki en son teknolojik gelişmeleri yakından takip etmek amacıyla geçtiğimiz günlerde Çin’e kapsamlı bir ziyaret gerçekleştirdik. Bu ziyaret, hem mevcut ve potansiyel tedarikçilerimizle doğrudan görüşmeler yapmamızı hem de yeni teknolojileri yerinde incelememizi sağladı.
Çin, güçlü üretim kapasitesi, geniş tedarik zinciri ağı ve hızla gelişen teknoloji ekosistemi ile dünyanın önde gelen merkezlerinden biri konumunda. Biz de bu fırsatı değerlendirerek:
Mevcut tedarikçilerimizle ilişkilerimizi güçlendirmek,
Yeni iş ortakları ve tedarikçi adayları ile görüşmek,
En son teknoloji trendlerini ve üretim yöntemlerini araştırmak amacıyla farklı şehirlerde yoğun bir program gerçekleştirdik.
Ziyaretimizin en önemli bölümlerinden biri, tedarikçilerimizle yüz yüze gerçekleştirdiğimiz toplantılardı. Bu görüşmelerde üretim süreçlerini yakından inceleme, kalite kontrol mekanizmalarını değerlendirme ve karşılıklı beklentileri netleştirme şansımız oldu. Özellikle maliyet optimizasyonu, lojistik planlaması ve uzun vadeli iş birlikleri üzerine verimli tartışmalar gerçekleştirildi.
Ayrıca yeni tedarikçi adaylarıyla yaptığımız görüşmeler sayesinde alternatif kaynaklar keşfederek tedarik zincirimizin esnekliğini artıracak önemli bağlantılar kurduk.
Çin ziyaretimizin bir diğer kritik boyutu ise teknoloji araştırmaları oldu. Gelişen elektronik bileşenler, üretim otomasyonu, insansız sistemlerde kullanılan yeni nesil sensörler ve malzeme teknolojileri hakkında kapsamlı incelemeler yaptık.
Özellikle savunma, insansız hava araçları ve ileri üretim teknolojileri konusunda Çin’in sunduğu inovatif çözümleri yerinde görmek, gelecekteki ürünlerimizin tasarım ve üretim süreçlerine doğrudan katkı sağlayacak.
Çin, sadece geniş bir üretim altyapısına sahip değil, aynı zamanda teknolojik yenilikleri hızla sahaya entegre edebilen dinamik bir ekosisteme de ev sahipliği yapıyor. Bu ekosistemle kurduğumuz temaslar, firmamızın global pazardaki rekabet gücünü artırma yolunda önemli bir adım oldu.
Çin’de gerçekleştirdiğimiz bu ziyaret, firmamız için hem tedarik zinciri yönetiminde hem de teknoloji entegrasyonunda değerli bir yatırım niteliği taşıyor. Görüşmelerimiz ve araştırmalarımız, gelecekte daha güçlü, sürdürülebilir ve yenilikçi çözümler sunmamız için yol gösterici olacak.

To explore global collaboration opportunities and closely follow the latest technological developments in our industry, we recently conducted a comprehensive visit to China. This visit allowed us to engage in direct discussions with both our current and potential suppliers and to examine new technologies on-site.
China, with its strong production capacity, extensive supply chain network, and rapidly evolving technology ecosystem, is one of the leading centers in the world. We took advantage of this opportunity to:
Strengthen our relationships with existing suppliers,
Meet with new business partners and potential suppliers,
and research the latest technology trends and production methods through an intensive program in different cities.
One of the most important parts of our visit was the face-to-face meetings with our suppliers. In these meetings, we had the chance to closely examine production processes, evaluate quality control mechanisms, and clarify mutual expectations. Particularly, productive discussions were held on cost optimization, logistics planning, and long-term collaborations.
Additionally, through meetings with new supplier candidates, we discovered alternative sources and established important connections that will enhance the flexibility of our supply chain.
Another critical aspect of our visit to China was technology research. We conducted comprehensive studies on developing electronic components, production automation, new generation sensors used in unmanned systems, and material technologies.
Seeing the innovative solutions China offers, especially in defense, unmanned aerial vehicles, and advanced manufacturing technologies, will directly contribute to the design and production processes of our future products.
China not only has a vast production infrastructure but also hosts a dynamic ecosystem capable of rapidly integrating technological innovations into the field. Our engagements with this ecosystem have been a significant step in enhancing our company's competitive strength in the global market.
