The Ministry of Interior’s analysis center is designed as an innovative digital platform that will transform security and intelligence operations. This web-based system offers a comprehensive architecture from document and media management to AI-supported analyses, enabling users at all levels of the police force—from officers to general managers—to work efficiently using the same infrastructure.
Facial Recognition System
The system performs facial recognition scans on added images, videos, or documents, tagging identified individuals and creating virtual identities for unidentified faces for comparison. It also tags images of the same unidentified person from different documents that match the comparison rate specified in the parameters.
OCR Optical Character Recognition
Character recognition will be performed on images, videos, or documents added to the system, and marking can be done for desired individuals, institutions, or specified tags. For example, the phrase CAN APARTMANI on a building sign captured in a video can be linked with latitude and longitude, and in future searches, related files and frames concerning this apartment will appear.
Voice Recognition System
The system performs voice recognition scans on added videos or audio files, tagging identified individuals and creating virtual identities for unidentified voices for comparison. It also tags media of the same unidentified person from different media that match the comparison rate specified in the parameters.
Fingerprint Recognition System
The system performs fingerprint recognition scans on added images or documents, tagging identified individuals and creating virtual identities for unidentified prints for comparison. It also tags images of the same unidentified person from different documents that match the comparison rate specified in the parameters.
Analysis Cloud
- Digitally scanned documents and media that have undergone facial recognition, voice recognition, fingerprint recognition, and optical character scanning will be uploaded to the cloud, associated with individuals, institutions, locations, colors, and specified objects. APIs we prepare will allow other applications and units to perform searches.
- With the scenario and alarm system we will develop, it will be possible to notify designated individuals within or outside the system (via email, SMS, etc.) based on comparisons and filters we define within the parameters set in the cloud.
- In cases such as event logging, crime tracking, individual tracking, and institution tracking, the scenario system I mentioned above can be adjusted parametrically.
- By applying IMAGE PROCESSING in the system, a vehicle or object can be tracked if desired.
